At PACT Prosperity, we teach the methods to wealth creation through real estate investing, and provides training programs on two levels—one level for the informed investor, and another for the novice. We promote fair play and ethics, while teaching clients how to create win-win solutions for sellers, buyers, and tenants.

We’re all about liberating and empowering investors so they can grow their business, ethically serve their customers, and better serve their families and communities.

We love small business owners and real estate investors. We’re investors ourselves, and have experienced first-hand the need for tools to help them build and grow their businesses. Many of us spent the early years of our career facing the same challenges that many of our clients now face. Then, one day, things started clicking. And as one success built on another success, others asked us to share our secrets.

That’s why we built PACT Prosperity
You see, we’re real estate investors just like you, and we love creating programs that makes your life easier. After working with many budding investors, we realized that most investors were facing the same two problems: 1) Lack of structured education, and 2) Lack of accountability.

That’s when PACT Prosperity Coaching was born. Augie never dreamed in his first PACT Coaching session that the business would blossom into PACT Prosperity. As students approached him, making special requests for particular types of programs, he and his team obliged.
