- For content managers, productivity and online tools—Basecamp, Google Docs, Mindjet—are critical.
- For content editors, superior English, writing, and editing skills are a must-have.
- For designers, excellent computer skills—InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator—are essential, but we take them for granted.
- For internet marketing specialists, we require knowledge of InfusionSoft, JV & affiliate marketing management, and Traffic Geyser.
- For social media managers, an intimate understanding of how to use the right service at the right time—Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn—is essential.
- For office personnel, both Microsoft and Mac platforms are required, as is an understanding of Keynote, PowerPoint, Office, Outlook, and Mac Mail.
What we need are smart, analytical professionals who can think in stories. You must be able to get into the users world, analyze a situation, design beautiful solutions, illustrate what you’ve designed, write with a real vocabulary about what you’ve created, connect all the parts into beautiful presentations with simplicity and clarity, and persist. On rare occasions, we’ll take in an exceptional, unpaid intern.
