Augie Byllott
Augie is a founding member of PACT Prosperity. He is also principal of a transaction engineering organization that specializes in all facets of real estate investing. As an active full-time investor, Augie has completed over 200 transactions in the past six years. His efforts in his business led him to teach others, and he is a nationally recognized author, trainer, coach, and publisher.
Christa Hixon
As a previous PACT student, Christa is now a Coaching Specialist. She has experience with home renovation, buying subject-to, buying with master lease options, selling with lease purchases, landlording, and land trusts. Christa leverages her large network to continue making it all happen as she builds her portfolio…and she’ll show you how to do the same!
Glenda Bastien
Glenda is Executive Assistant to Augie Byllott. She is originally from the United Kingdom. Glenda has owned investment properties in the United States and the United Kingdom. Her experience with international investments gives her a unique insight when working with students and investors.
