Augie is a founding member of PACT Prosperity. He is also principal of a transaction engineering organization that specializes in all facets of real estate investing. As an active full-time investor, Augie has completed over 200 transactions in the past six years. His efforts in his business led him to teach others, and he is a nationally recognized author, trainer, coach, and publisher.

His inspiring and centered approach to business have helped him make a name for himself in the investment and educational arena. Augie believe in creating jointly beneficial scenarios for buyers and sellers with “Transaction Engineering”, a blend of financial literacy and creativity.

He writes numerous articles on the subject of creative real estate investing for real estate investing associations nationwide through his free monthly newsletter, “The Intellectual Capital Report”. He trains on many subject areas, including: Creative real estate investing, exit strategies, what to do before you buy, subject-to, how to talk to sellers, buying with lease options, selling with lease options, how to find motivated seller leads, and more! He is a content-driven and engaging speaker who delivers on the needs of promoters and audiences alike.

Augie attended Long Island University and studied Music Education & Economics. During that time, he became a professional musician and club owner.

In 1979, he entered the banking industry. In 1983, he began his real estate investing career. He went on to become the Vice President of National Sales for a major financial firm during his time in Corporate America, and at the age of 48, retired and served in volunteer ministry for over three years.

Augie has been married for over 20 years, and is the father of a son. He moved to Florida in 2003, and began teaching creative real estate investing in 2004.
